1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CatPNG (the "Service"), operated by Adveris Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CatPNG is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create cat-themed PNG images and remove backgrounds from uploaded images. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users receive free credits upon registration and may purchase additional credits.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Credits and Payments

New users receive 3 free credits upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased through our pricing plans. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable between accounts. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or credit limitations
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service without authorization
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated images in bulk without permission
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

Images generated through the Service are owned by you, subject to the underlying AI model's terms of use. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display generated images in our public gallery and promotional materials. The CatPNG brand, logo, and website design remain the property of Adveris Group LLC.

7. Upload and Background Removal

When uploading images for background removal, you represent that you own the image or have the necessary rights to use it. Uploaded images are processed and stored temporarily. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images. File size limits apply based on your account type: 2MB for free accounts and 5MB for paid accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Adveris Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination for cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
